I’m a very lucky person. Surrounded by a loving family, close friends and work colleagues. And working in occupations that still excite me.
For twenty-five years I have run my own corporate communications company. From our base in London I have travelled around the world. Meeting and working with people from the widest range of cultures and market sectors who have enriched my life. Along with a few that didn’t.
I began to invest in property a few years ago when my pension was clearly not going to provide me with a secure future. Originally I was only interested in commercial property and now own a small portfolio of retail shops (through a syndicate) and my office in London.
Then for a reason that doesn’t come to memory now, I turned my attention to residential property. That was in 2006. I attended some expensive seminars and read a lot of inexpensive books and e-material on the subject.
I was coming around to the potential in 2007 when a friend and I bought our first BTL investment without a system. It has been a good investment, but I realised that we could have done better. So I read some more and met a gentleman called Andy Shaw whose methods best suited my ideas. Then I made my next move at the beginning of 2008 just when the established BTL financial rules began to change dramatically.
By then I was convinced that the market was the right place to invest providing I did it properly. That meant research, consideration and as much knowledge that I could get to counter the often-questionable information that I was reading by so-called experts in the press. So that’s what I did.
I developed my system that I am explaining in my three module programme to meet the demands of the new market that evolved during 2008. Because it works and is serving me so well, I want to share it with like-minded investors. The best way that I can do that is to use the media that I understand – hence the website and the video training modules.
My greatest reward from the time that I have invested in my system is passing it on to others who can benefit from it. What might be termed: the return on my investment.
